Stagecoach
Are you planning your trip to a summer festival?
For anyone who is a fan of country and Americana, then the Stagecoach Festival has to be your first stop. With numerous stages and events, you can not afford to miss the biggest country event of the summer.
If you are thinking of attending, or you already have your ticket, then we can be your guide. Below, we’ll give you the need to know information for the Stagecoach Festival.
The Stagecoach Festival Line-Up
Stagecoach Country Music Festival is one of the biggest and best country events in the US. This is because of its world-class line-up and packed program of events. Among the excellent lineup of country artists, you can expect to see a mix of artists from Americana and roots.
As well as checking out our mainstage artists, take a look at the smaller Stagecoach events. They have some excellent daytime artists and music to help you relax on a hot, sticky afternoon.
In addition to the music, they have a host of awesome attractions to take in. For families, the indoor Half-Pint Hootenanny provides activities for the younger members of the festival. If you want to get your dancing shoes on, you can visit the Honkytonk Dancehall to get yourself in the mood before the festival even begins.
Passes
All passes include a wristband that will grant you access for the three days of the festival. In addition, you can upgrade it to include shuttle passes, better seating, or access to stage areas.
However, our favorite upgrade is the pass and limited edition Festival T-Shirt, so you have a once in a lifetime souvenir to remember your weekend.
What to Eat and Drink
The festival has some of the best places to eat and drink that you can imagine. There are new attractions every year but some of the excellent catering in the past has included the Barefoot Wine Space, our Craft Beer Barn, the Cocktail Cabin, and a range of bars located around the grounds.
For food, you must try Guy Fieris Stagecoach Smokehouse. Guy provides a whole range of BBQ flavors from across the country, from Tennessee to Georgia, all on delicious cuts of tender meat. Yum!
Where to Stay
Luckily, Stagecoach has a wide range of accommodation options available to give everyone the festival experience that is right for them. From traditional camping to more luxurious abodes, you can definitely find something to suit your needs.
The first option, and the cheapest, is to buy a ticket that includes camping for the whole weekend. Slots are available with power for anyone who wants some home comforts. We even have car camping available, so you can drive straight in and pitch up.
For anyone who wants a more upmarket experience, or for families with children, we have ready to go accommodation in the Safari grounds behind the festival space. These are two and four-person ready-to-go safari tents that include pillows, bedding, and cots so you don’t have to bring all your equipment in transit.
You can also upgrade them to tents with a built-in lounge or yurt style accommodation.
The safari grounds can even cater to people who are bringing their own RV or camper van. An RV ticket will give you a spot to park and access to all the amenities available and access to the festival. Finally, if you don’t want to hassle and fuss or arranging the whole thing, you can sign up for the travel and accommodation packages!
Of course, some people want to get a break from the excitement of the festival grounds and stay offsite. There are a number of options available, from hotels to campsites, in the close vicinity of the grounds.
Getting to and From the Venue
Stagecoach Festival is situated on the grounds of the Empire Polo Club, and already has a range of access options. For drivers, day parking is free for all people attending the festival.
The festival also operates a number of park and ride shuttles from a selection of local drop off points and hotels. If you buy a shuttle pass when you buy your ticket, you can save $15. Taxi services can also take you to the festival and drop you at the friends and family drop off point.
The festival is served by three major airports. These are Palm Springs International, Los Angeles International, and Ontario International Airport. The festival also has two private airfields close by, the Jacqueline Cochran Regional and Bermuda Dunes.
Staying Safe
The festival grounds of the Stagecoach Country Music Festival are extremely safe and patrolled by expert security staff.
To keep you safe, a number of items are banned from entry including any sort of weapon, drugs, flammables, laser pointers, and animals. If you want to keep your belongings locked away, you can also reserve one of our on-site storage lockers.
Environmental Concerns
Stagecoach Festival and its management team are fully committed to protecting the environment. They have an integrated program that evolves every year to help use resources more responsibly and help reduce the impact on the land.
To assist with this, they partner with Global Inheritance. They have a number of festival events that concentrate on sustainability. Past events have included Art of Recycling, the TRASHed Recycling Store, and the Energy Playground.
If you want to get involved, then you can join their Waste Gang. Contact them here to sign up for all the fun.
