The New Orleans Jazz Festival is a staple for NOLA! For two weekends in late April and early May, locals and visitors are spoiled with some of the best jazz music this nation has to offer. You’re NOLA, the vibe is right, people are cool as hell, drinks are top and the music embodies this all.

French Quarter Festival

Taking place just before NOLA’s Jazz Fest, the French Quarter Festival is something that cannot be missed. Held every year in the month of April, this 4-day event is the largest showcase in the world for Lousiana music. Just like Nola’s Jazz Fest, the vibe is riiiight, the music is top and the people are simply amazing.

Voodoo Experience

The Voodoo Experience is held every Halloween in Nola. Spooky. This music and art festival is a 3-day event, from October 29th to October 31st, featuring some of the most epic lineups from the EDM and dance genres, amazing food, and mind-blowing art.

Held in downtown New Orleans, if you’re looking for a party next Halloween, why not take a trip down to the Voodoo town.

BUKU Music + Art Project

One of the most unique experiences Lousianna has to offer, the BUKU Music + Art Project looks like so much fun! This 2-day music and art festival features again, some of the best electronic, indie, and hip-hop music of the NOLA scene.

Baton Rouge Blues Festival

To conclude our festival list for Lousianna, we had to leave Nola and take a trip to the wonderful Baton Rouge! The Baton Rouge Blues Festival is just that, a blues festival! One of the oldest and most popular blues festivals in all of America, this 2-day event is worth the attendance.
